chocolate bouquet is a registered business ABN 40 515 827 682. All our prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. By accessing our site and joining our e–newsletter, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Cancellation
24 hour notice is required for any cancellations. We will be happy to cancel your order, however an administration charge of $15 will be charged. Unfortunately, no refund can be made once your order has been dispatched.

Damage in transit
It is very unlikely, but if the chocolate bouquet is damaged in transit, we will replace your order upon return of the damaged goods. A cash refund will not be given.

Copyright
All material on this site is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by chocolate bouquet.

Fraud
chocolate bouquet takes fraudulent activities very seriously. It is illegal to place orders under a false name. Those found to have done so, will be prosecuted.

Substitutions
In rare circumstances, substitutions may be necessary. The substitutions will be of the same or greater value.  We will endeavour to make our product as similar as possible as the requested product.

Alcohol
chocolate bouquet uses alcohol to accessorise some bouquets if requested. These products offered for sale are only available to persons 18 years and over.

Privacy
Joining our e-newsletter is free! If you wish to unsubscribe, you may do so at any time. All personal information will remain the property of chocolate bouquet and will not be sold or forwarded to any other parties.

Consumption of chocolates
Our chocolates have been carefully placed and wrapped on wooden stems. Please take care when unwrapping the chocolates for consumption. We are not responsible for any splinters or colour leakage which may occur in the event of rough handling of the stems.

Chocolate keeping hints
“Blooming”(white flecks) of your chocolates may occur. This happens as a result of temperature fluctuations that may cause the chocolate to melt and set again. This only changes the appearance but not the taste of the chocolate.
