We will deliver the chocolate bouquets at the delivery address. We have couriers who will always do their best to deliver on the date specified. The individual who receives the chocolate bouquets shall be deemed to be authorised to receive the chocolate bouquets. Please ensure the correct delivery address details are supplied at the time of ordering. Any address discrepancies will result in another delivery expense payable by the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform chocolate bouquet if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Our couriers deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up until 6pm. A guaranteed time of delivery can not be given. You agree that when our courier partner is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us.

In the case of delivery where no one is there to accept the goods, the courier will leave the chocolate bouquets in a customised box which will keep heat out for a minimal time. If the recipient is not there to accept the order, the courier will leave the chocolate bouquet on the front door step or in a shaded area. It is not the responsibility of the courier or chocolate bouquet for the melting of any chocolate.

Deliveries to Melbourne Metropolitan area are available on weekends and public holidays, (excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day).

Payment
Payment is required before any chocolate bouquets are made and delivered. The following methods of payment are accepted.

Direct deposit | Business cheques | Money orders.

Direct deposit
When the customer places an order over the phone/fax/email they will be given a receipt number. This receipt number and customers name will need to be quoted as a reference when making a direct deposit. chocolate bouquet will email the customer to confirm receipt of payment. The bouquet will then be dispatched.

Business cheques
Business cheques will be accepted upon receipt of a signed purchase order.

Money orders
When the customer places an order over the phone/fax/email they will be given a receipt number. The bouquet will then be dispatched.
